1. When I decided to join Degen Rehab, my biggest problem was having good, solid weeks of consistent gains, then having one much bigger losing day that would wipe out weeks of hard work, and sometimes months. I also struggled with wanting to change my default trading size during the day to try to get back to green after a loss.

2. My rule following and discipline accelerated dramatically when I joined Degen Rehab. I was already working hard and had made reasonable progress, but it was a night and day difference in how quickly I started improving. I would say the accountability to the community was the biggest reason for that. I wanted to be a good example of someone who gives support and advice in the group and also backs it up with action. I’ve had three insanely difficult red days over the last three months, but I received strong support and accountability that helped me make the right decisions to keep those red days small. That allowed me to come back on another day with the probabilities much more in my favor to recover and continue progressing in my accounts.

3. I love the feeling of belonging to a group. Degen has amazing members who genuinely care and try their best to support each other. It’s a complete package. We can BS about day to day stuff, but we also call each other out when we all smell BS. If you truly let go of your ego and genuinely believe you want to be a consistent, profitable trader long term, this is the place for you. I’ve never had a community in my five years of trading, and finding the right one makes a massive difference in helping you progress as a trader and become the best version of yourself.

4. This group is not like other groups where you typically see posts designed to stroke egos and give quick dopamine hits. You get a strong sense that everyone here is focused on helping others first and improving themselves by doing that.

5. I would recommend this group to anyone who is 100 percent committed to becoming a consistent, profitable trader and has reached a point where they can humble themselves and openly share their weaknesses. People who don’t believe they have weaknesses, or who are not open to help and constructive criticism, will struggle here. If you truly want to improve and are willing to try your hardest to refine your process based on feedback from other members, you will fit right in. This is hands down one of the hardest ventures you will ever take on, and regardless of your trading level, if you are willing to let go of your ego and put in 100 percent effort daily, you will get a lot out of this group.

6. Anyone who is not willing to put in the work suggested by the members will fail. If you think this is a quick fix and expect to be buying Lambos by the end of the month, this place is not for you. If all you care about is getting dopamine hits by flexing P&L instead of focusing on process details like stop placement and profit targets, you are in the wrong place and will likely leave the group.

“I struggled most with tilt, impulse trading, and over leveraging.”

“Degen Rehab helped shift my mindset around execution and how to manage losses. Not just knowing a strategy, but actually following it in the moment.”

“What stands out is the accountability and practical advice. People don’t just say ‘be disciplined.’ They show it.”

What was your biggest trading problem before joining?
Definitely tilt and impulse trading, including overtrading and overleveraging

What specifically changed since being in Degen Rehab?
Mindset is significantly shifted with getting better insights on how to lose vs. how to win. I knew my strategy, but it was the execution from entry to exit in the moment I struggled with.

What do you like most about the group?
Accountability and practical advice vs. ‘be more disciplined. Many groups talk about what you should do, but most do not show it in action. I also appreciate that we challenge each other in other ways, like fitness.

How is it different from other trading groups you've been in?
The degen group shows honesty and true care for each other, and this shows when someone notes a struggle people are checking on them to see how to help. The other group I was in was part of a very expensive trading strategy. One challenge is people would only post their winning trades, and if you took a closer look, the trade was far removed from the taught strategy. But yet, many people would note their struggles and the only way to get practical help was by shelling out more money. There was a big disconnect, and it was not a practical way to help someone improve their trading.

Who would you recommend this group to?
Any trader who is open to constructive criticism and truly ready for change while realizing it takes time, patience, and a deep evaluation of one's ability to manage emotions, their nervous system, and take strategy based entries for a sustained period of time. This is how consistency will get built.

Who would you tell NOT to join the group?
This is not for anyone still learning a trading strategy or new to trading. Anyone who is looking to overly showcase strategy or profits would not be a good fit and anyone looking to be hyper critical of someone else's trade, win or lose, would struggle to have a positive experience.

“It’s not about the money here. It’s about fixing the self inflicted problems blocking it.”

“Adding friction to my trading and focusing on showing up consistently changed everything. The dollars follow once the process is intact.”

Josh California, USA

“The positivity and support in this group is unreal.”

“People genuinely care about each other and push one another to improve.”

About Degen Rehab

Degen Rehab is a community focused on discipline, accountability, and growth for traders who are ready to change their habits.

We’ve all blown accounts, broken rules, and told ourselves we would do better next time. The truth is that discipline is not built alone. It’s built through consistency, community, and accountability.

This group is where traders commit to their rules, track their behavior, and support each other in real time. Whether you’re on day one or day one hundred, the goal is the same: trade better, think clearer, and stay in control.
